Shipping methods

Shipments are made with Courier service nationwide. Depending on the area from 1-3 working days (without Saturday Delivery). Upon completion of your order, the tracking number of the shipment is sent by e-mail.
The store is NOT responsible for delivery delays due to reasons of force majeure (eg bad weather).
Orders that are placed until 15:00 of a working day, are sent same day (if stock is available).
Shipping within the island of Kos is FREE (upon arrangement of day and time of delivery).
For shipments to the rest of Greece, the shipping cost is € 4 for up to 2kg or parcel.
From 2kg and over, 1.30 € per extra kilo is charged.
Orders over € 49 are sent free of charge and without “cash on delivery cost”.

Returns

Returns of defective products are free of charge and after contacting the store first, which will indicate the shipping method. The products must be in their original condition with the packaging and labels, otherwise it will not be accepted.

In case of item returns, the customer must first inform the store. If the products are in their original condition, a return/ change can be made but at the expense of shipping costs by the customer and within 14 days since day of purchase.
